On the 27th October 2004 AV Niche were granted patent GB2387956 "Secure Digital Recording". Secure Digital Recording conforms to CJS2004 "Visual Recording of Evidence Within the Criminal Justice System" equipment specification. An investment of £ 1/3 million means that evidential recording in the digital form onto a removable digital storage media such as CD, DVD or hard disc is secure. All our digital interview recording systems are supported by a full range of system accessories such as foot pedal operated digital transcription, high speed digital copiers and digital editing systems all of which are the system accessories that became standard and commonly used in the Criminal Justice Sector during the national implementation of the Police And Criminal Evidence Act, P.A.C.E.
